Includes review of medical history, dietary history, and general growth and development patterns. Weight, height, and head circumference is measured and plotted against current growth charts. Feeding guidelines, meal plans, and educational materials are also provided.

Nutritional Monitoring - $30
A schedule is established for monitoring your child's growth and dietary intake. Adjustments in intake are made as necessary. Visits are typically bi-monthly, monthly, or as needed.
