Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until all of the liquid is absorbed, stirring once during cooking.
