With the Diet Tracker tool, you will be able to track all food which you consume in a day. You will also be able to add days so that you can track your diet over a period of time. Once you have finished your diet record, you may request analysis from a Fuel For Fitness dietitian. This request will be sent via email. Though using the tool is free, analysis has an associated fee.



You will be able to work with current and previous diet records using the "Diet Records" page. Here, you can navigate to diet records, delete diet records, or view completed analysis reports.



Once a dietitian has completed the analysis of your diet record, an email will be sent to you notifying you that your report is ready. As mentioned above, you can navigate to these reports from the "Diet Records" page.
